It has been somewhere around four years since my anxiety has been a part of my life. I can say for once in my life that I am finally anxiety free. It is the best feeling I have ever had hands down. Some day I hope that you can have this exact feeling that I have right now. I do think that it was important for me to have to deal with anxiety in my life. Now I have a much better appreciation for my life. The fact that I had anxiety for such a long period of time makes me happy that I do not have it anymore. I have never been happier and I can truly say I am content with my life right now. How many of you would actually like to learn how to make anxiety go away? I am guessing that all of you raised your hands. Nobody should have to deal with anxiety and lucky for all of you, you have the chance to make it disappear from your life. 

1.GABA

First thing is first, go ahead and do some intense research about this product. GABA is short for a very long word that I really do not want to pronounce. All I know is that I have been using this stuff for almost three years now. It is something that you can buy at any health store. It is known as a natural sleep aid. It can also be used to calm your mind and make your anxiety less intense. For some people this stuff makes anxiety worse so make sure that you check with your doctor before using this stuff.

2.Meditate

Now that you have your GABA you can look into finding a meditation coach. For me this was the most difficult part of learning how to make anxiety go away. Meditation is somewhat difficult at first but eventually you will start to get the hang of it. When you are in a deep state of meditation there is nothing that you can not do. Your mind is pretty much in a state of bliss. The rest of the day after you meditate you start to feel very calm with yourself and others. 

3.Drinking Plenty Of Water

You should start your daily routine with drinking a glass of water. Keeping yourself hydrated is important to getting rid of anxiety. If you stick to drinking water every day you will eventually start to notice a difference in your anxiety. I do not really know all of the scientific stuff to this but it really does make a difference and it is noticeable.

4.Breathing Exercises For The Mind

And that is pretty much it to learning how to make anxiety go away. These four tips are all that you are going to need for now. One other thing I want to say is just stick to them. I wanted to give up multiple times on this but I knew that if I stuck to it I would start to feel better.
